K-Fest Kilmarnock: Let’s Change the Record!

K-Fest, Kilmarnock, Friday 28th – Sunday 30th July

Save the date! K-Fest promises a weekend of inspirational activities and events from a variety of talented local performers – come along, bring some friends and join in the fun. Support Kilmarnock and let’s change the record.

Loudoun Musical Society will launch the weekend with a great musical evening in a very unique and atmospheric setting of the New Laigh Kirk. This free performance will start sharp at 7.30pm, there’s no need to book, although arriving early is recommended.  Soundtracks and Showstoppers promises to be a memorable start to a weekend of good food, great company and fantastic entertainment.

Saturday will see Celebrate Kilmarnock return to the streets of the town centre. Bring the family and take part in a range of activities and sports provided by local groups and clubs. All our usual activities and attractions will be there for the kids to enjoy.

K-Fest promotes and celebrates a myriad of local groups and voluntary organisations, a showcase of the wonderful work these groups deliver in our communities throughout the year. Watch our town centre streets come alive with activities and entertainment, and the Cross transformed into an all singing, all dancing performance space for the day. A great family event not to be missed.

If it’s great food and refreshments you’re after, then get yourself along to one of Kilmarnock’s Pubwatch establishments. They all offer their own unique experience and collectively offer a heady mixture of good ale, fine wine, delicious food and live entertainment. Add to these a warm welcome, conversation and hospitality and you have the ingredients of an incredible experience. Each bar/restaurant will have their own individual K-Fest special offers, so be sure to check them out!
